Like with the Maldraxxus mail set, that one shoulder piece is still so oversized it clips right through your head when they move about. It's possible this armor set is used for Castle Nathria and a future Maw raid, similar to Emerald Dream and Nighthold, or the term "Maw" is a placeholder for 9.0 content.
