I am more than willing to pay for this feature but they insist they cant do it. Games published after this date were developed using tools that support online ID change at a system level.All PS4 games originally published on or after April 1, 2018 have been developed to support the online ID change feature, but we do not guarantee that all games will fully support the feature.Below are some of the issues you may encounter. Yes, some people picked silly names, not thinking about down the road, when they no longer like the name….But some other were stuck with the names we have.. Sony converted PSU accounts into PSN accounts, sticking us with whatever name we had…would have been nice to know they were gonna do that, so we could change them, before they became permanent.And now, 12 years later, they give us this…a system that can change our name, but at risk to our progress, trophies, and purchased content….you hafta admit, this is really lousy on sony’s part.You had plenty of choice.
